You then pay 10% of your takings as an on-going management fee. The second model is for people who do not have much for an initial investment but are looking to get into the corporate catering business for real. We are confident that you can do well. Your management fee will be 20% of your takings until the initial franchise fee waived at the beginning is paid back.
